My name is Brandon. I’m a Chicago based life-coach who has spent years helping people enjoy their lives and themselves more thoroughly. I work with people who want to change and improve their daily life in efficient and noticeable ways.
With me, life-coaching is an enjoyable and down-to-earth method of self-improvement. Through casual discussions, I’ll likely challenge your ideas of who you are in unexpected ways, while also giving you the tools to comfortably process the things you discover.
I’ve worked with people from a variety of backgrounds on a variety of topics, including:
Romance. Finding love! Processing a break-up. Navigating the dating world.
Happiness. Understanding what you want out of life and how to get it.
Spirituality. Re-defining your spiritual life. Processing, leaving or changing your religion.
Career. Deciding what you would rather be doing & how you’ll start doing it!
Confidence.Approving of yourself in ways that improve you and those around you.
My approach to coaching is built on a few key principals:
Access & Authenticity. No one should ever ask you to be anyone or anything other than who you are. However, knowing and accessing who you truly are is your pathway to enjoying yourself and your life more fully.
Progress & Expansion. The world is ever-evolving and you are no different. Who you are right this moment is unlike anything you've ever been or will be. Your best next step always involves embracing and expanding your current self.
Creative Living. Who you were is only part of who you are. Who you are is only part of who you will be. Who you will be is affected only by the life you create from your past and your present.
So, how do you want your life to be different?
When you’re ready, let’s talk.
Sessions usually last an hour and can take place in-person or over phone/video. Your first session is free with no sales-pitch or obligation to continue. Follow-up sessions are $50. Packages are available.

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between life-coaching and psycho-therapy?Life-coaching is an alternative to (but not a replacement for) traditional talk or psycho-therapy. While there might be overlap between the two, my approach to coaching offers an opportunity to casually and comfortably explore who you are and who you wish to be. For some, psycho-therapy can be overwhelming, intimidating or even overkill. Life-coaching can be more cost-effective, but it is not intended to diagnose or treat mental conditions or disorders. In the past, I’ve personally been a patient of psycho-therapy and have had no problem referring my clients to it, whenever needed.
What is a typical life-coaching session like?A “session” is essentially a casual conversation where I ask easy questions that help you find words to describe who you are, how you’re feeling and what you’d like to see happen in your life. Sessions can take place in-person, over the phone or on video chat. Depending on our conversations and your preferences, I may suggest activities to try, tasks to accomplish, or simply things to think, write or read about. These optional (but encouraged) “homework“ exercises allow for deeper self, social or spiritual connections and facilitate progress toward your goals.
How long does a session last?I recommend that you allow 90 minutes for a session. While most sessions last 45 to 75 minutes, allowing a little extra time gives us the opportunity to not feel rushed. Some clients with limited availability meet regularly for 30 minute sessions.
How many sessions do we have? How often do we have sessions?Commonly, I will meet with a client once per week for 5-9 weeks. However, there is no standard. Some clients choose to meet weekly or every other week on an ongoing basis, without a pre-determined end date. With some clients, I meet only occasionally (once a month or less), on an as-needed basis. You and I can discuss this after our first session and re-visit the discussion any time.
How much does it cost?Your first session is always free. Follow-up sessions are typically $50 per session. Other arrangements, including multi-session packages or monthly/annual rates, are also available.
